Guillermo Martinez is a dedicated attorney with experience in all phases of litigation of advising clients on both sides of civil matters. Guillermo’s practice includes representing parties wishing to bring a suit against others and those find themselves being sued by another party.

Originally from Sinton, Texas, Guillermo attended Creighton University School of Law where he graduated with honors in 2023. In law school, Guillermo’s received the CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Contracts II, Criminal Law, and White Collar Crimes. Guillermo’s course load focused on trial preparation and business law courses, including understanding the responsibilities of officers and directors for entities. He was part of the Latino Law Student Association at Creighton University School of Law.

Guillermo provides effective, efficient, and pragmatic representation for individuals, small business owners, and established businesses during difficult times involving issues around contracts and business disputes. He understands that each matter and client has specific, unique needs during the course of that representation and seeks to achieve the best outcome for each client. For Guillermo, no two days are the same as each case brings its own challenges. Guillermo’s diverse practice areas have exposed him to all aspects of litigation. Since being licensed in 2024, Guillermo has argued in front of the Nebraska Supreme Court, handled matters in the County and District courts of Nebraska and the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska, and handled matters before the American Arbitration Association.

Guillermo is active and engaged in the community. He is the Social and Membership chair for the Metro Young Latino Professionals Association (MYLPA) where he spends his time organizing social and civic events. Guillermo is one of the organizers, and currently serves as President, of the reorganized Nebraska Hispanic Bar Association. As President, Guillermo has ventured to increase access to justice and the legal system for the Hispanic and Spanish speaking community of Nebraska.

In his free time, Guillermo enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, attending sporting events, and spending time outdoors. He intends to visit all thirty MLB stadiums and to try every restaurant in South Omaha.
