Mark has extensive local, national and international experience advising clients in corporate, business and real estate matters.

Mark began his career in 2006 in New York practicing in M&A, securities and corporate finance. Mark moved to Omaha in 2011 where his practice focuses on corporate, business and real estate matters. 

Mark represents a broad range of clients, from startups and small to medium-size enterprises to Fortune 500 corporations, in many different areas, including construction, real estate, energy, technology and private equity. 

Mark advises clients in:

• New business formation;

• Venture capital and equity financing;

• Commercial and technology contracts;

• Buying and selling businesses; and

• Buying, selling and leasing commercial real estate.

Outside of the office, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and twin girls, golfing and traveling.
